Hoser is a Canadian Lifestyle Podcast Hosted by Aidan Bell and Everest Mandy, produced from 2019 through 2021 for Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson)’s SpiritLive Radio. It is a little bit Trailer Park Boys, a little bit Bob & Doug Mackenzie, Hoser has Aidan and Everest talking shop about everything rural Canada (from the perspective of two losers who moved to downtown Toronto for school.) Produced live and streamed on YouTube, the first two seasons feature Everest and Aidan broadcasting from TMU’s Allan Slaight Radio lab, while later seasons see them broadcasting from makeshift home studios during the COVID epidemic.
